Nottingham pattern available now
August 23rd, 2007 by Jacque

I’m already on the lookout for Fall and hopefully some nice sweater weather. This updated tunic pattern would be perfect for the crisp autumn days.
It was inspired by the classic Robin Hood films of the forties and fifties as is empasized by the leather lacing of the v-neck and slightly flared sleeves. The stitch pattern that borders the sleeves and hem reminds me of trailing vines and adds a little interest to what is ultimately a simple knit.

Oh, it’s wonderful! Sooner or later I just have to do it! Unfortunately it has to wait for a while, it’s just too much to do first.
