We’re home!
Well I am happy to announce that everything went well and we are all doing fine at home. Ladybug is thrilled with her new little sister and has decided that she is going to be mama’s Cupcake, as Ladybug was already taken. She arrived Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. weighing in at 8 pounds and 3 ounces. She was a little on the short side at 17 and 3/4 inches long, but she’s as cute as a button and sweeter than can be. We’re so happy she’s finally here. I am feeling fine, but still moving a little slowly. It was a little more painful than I remembered but I am four years older so I guess it makes a difference. I never once picked up the needles (I was too busy loving on my new girl), but in a few days I will have a few pix of some things I finished up prior to my hospital stay. Until then, we’re happy to be home.

Beautiful! She doesn’t have the newborn look. She’s nicely rounded out and has alert eyes and a perfect complextion. It takes a lot of babies 6 weeks to get there! Take it easy and let people help out.
